You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Medsana offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Medsana uses artificial intelligence to provide medication recommendations. These recommendations are generated automatically and may not be accurate for your specific situation. AI-generated content should never replace professional medical advice.
The Medsana app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Medsana and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medsana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to health outcomes resulting from medication management decisions made using this app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Medsana after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
