Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement row-level security to ensure your data is only accessible to you.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not display advertisements. Your health data is never shared without your explicit consent.

Medsana sends push notifications to remind you to take your medicines. These notifications contain only the medicine name and dosage you have entered. You can disable notifications at any time through your iPhone's Settings.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the app. You may also contact us at support@medsana.org to request data deletion.

Medsana is rated 9+ on the App Store. The app allows parents and caregivers to manage medicines for family members including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All account creation requires an adult email address.
Medsana is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication regimen. AI suggestions are informational only and should not replace professional medical advice.
